All orders are subject to stock availability. While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels, discrepancies may occasionally occur. In such cases, we will:

  • Ship all available items immediately

  • Contact you regarding the unavailable item and offer a refund, store credit, or waitlist for restocking


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically during checkout based on the delivery location, order weight, and dimensions.

  • Domestic Orders (India): Free shipping for prepaid orders; ₹99 for COD orders

  • International Orders: Rates displayed at checkout

  • The total shipping cost will be visible before final order placement.


3. Returns & Refunds

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resaleable condition

Customers must bear return shipping costs and arrange their own return. Upon receipt and verification of the returned item:

  • An exchange or store credit will be issued

  • We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns

3.2 Warranty Returns

Orders placed before 10:00 AM IST on business days will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next business day.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

We allow address changes before dispatch. Contact our support immediately if you need to change your shipping address.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

We ship to P.O. box addresses.

4.6 Military Addresses

We also ship to military addresses.

4.7 Out-of-Stock Items

If any item in your order is unavailable, we will ship the rest of the order and notify you regarding the pending item.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact our support team for assistance.


5. Tracking Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email or WhatsApp. Use this to monitor the status of your parcel in real-time.


6. Damaged Parcels in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Reject the delivery (if possible) and contact us immediately

  • If already delivered, email or call us with photos of the damage

We will assist with the next steps for replacement or claims.


7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 GST / Sales Tax

GST is included in the listed product prices.

7.2 International Import Duties

For international orders, import duties are pre-paid. You will not be charged any additional fee at the time of delivery.


8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. To cancel, contact us immediately. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible, and our return/exchange policy will apply.


9. Insurance

All parcels are insured up to their declared value.

9.1 Damaged Parcel

We will initiate a refund or replacement once the courier confirms the damage through investigation.

9.2 Lost Parcel

If the courier confirms your parcel is lost, we will refund or resend the item at no extra cost.
