Refund Policy

We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn or unused, with original tags, original packaging, unwashed and undamaged.

How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement, email us at 📧 support@badshaahidecraft.com with the details of your issue.
Our exchange team will process your request and provide instructions. Do not send any item back to us without first requesting a return, as such items will not be accepted under any circumstances.

If reverse pickup is not possible in your area, you are requested to courier the product(s) back to us in original condition and packaging at your own expense.


Out of Stock Cases

If your requested replacement item is out of stock, you may:

  • Choose another product of equal or higher value

  • Or, accept a gift voucher equivalent to the order value (valid for future purchases)


Important Notes

  • Only footwear items with size issues are eligible for exchange.

  • We do not exchange or replace any accessories such as:

    • Belts

    • Bags

    • Wallets

    • Key rings

    • Card holders

    • Flip flops

    • Jackets

    • Or any item priced below ₹300


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered, email us immediately at 📧 support@badshaahidecraft.com.
Include clear images of the product received to help us evaluate and resolve the issue quickly.

⚠️ Exchange of a product is allowed only once per purchase.


Non-Returnable Items

  • All types of accessories

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Products with damaged ornamental fittings

  • Products priced below ₹300

Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item qualifies for exchange.


Exchanges

To receive a different item, first complete the return process. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase separately for the replacement product.

⚠️ Only one exchange is permitted per order.


Refunds

We strictly follow a No Refund Policy.
Goods once sold are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
