Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase (invoice/order ID)
Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
We’ll notify you via email of the refund approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund:
Double-check your bank or payment account
Contact your bank or card provider (it may take a few days to reflect)

We only replace items if:
They are defective, damaged, or incorrect
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery for an exchange request
To request an exchange, email support@badshaahidecraft.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
If the item was purchased as a gift:
A gift credit will be issued once we receive the return.
If the gift was sent to the buyer first and then given to you, the refund will go to the original buyer.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
